Eat & Shop & Play

Many changes are taking place in Rahway, NJ. New Businesses are opening;
established businesses are moving to newly renovated spaces only blocks from
where they were previously; redevelopment teams are building state of the art
contemporary living spaces and updating the historic.

The changes are welcome and the Arts District website is continually being updated
to make this site a place where you can discover new things to enjoy and new places
to visit or just be reminded of what Rahway has to offer ~ we're helping making New
Jersey a greater place to live and visit.

This Eat/Shop/Play website page is being created and once finished, continually
updated, but for now check out the Contacts & Maps link to see a smathering of
what can be found In and Around the Rahway Arts District. Remember things are
changing quickly so there may be a few places missing and old ones still on the
maps. During the day the businesses are open and at night we have some of the
best restaurants and funnest bars in the area along with cultural programming at our
performance and gallery spaces.

1st Thursdays of each month will introduce you to our city life - many businesses
stay and all the arts spaces stay open late and we've got live events - art exhibits,
live music and performances, book signings and social activities. Come out and meet
the Rahway community and find out all about what is going on.

We are excited about the changes and are doing our best to keep you informed.
